7 1/2 oz. red salmon
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 medium sweet onion, minced
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp vegenaise
1 large egg

  1. Drain Salmon

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. form into four patties

  4. grill till cooked through
