Delicious salmon patties full of veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon patties

1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp chive
1/4 cup egg beaters
14 7/20 oz canned salmon
1 tsp old bay seasoning

Recipe Directions for Salmon patties

  1. combine all ingredients in bowl after draining salmon

  2. mix together and form into patties

  3. bake on 350 for 20 min, turning the patties half way through

  4. if crunchier texture is desired at the end, broil each side
