Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

1 serving clover leaf sockeye salmon wild alaskan
1 serving no name Bread Crumbs
1 small Onions
1 oz All Purpose Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/3 sec. spray Non Stick Cooking Spray Original

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Mix together salmon [use judgement on how much juice you need to use-texture will need to be firm but not wet], bread crumbs [or ground oatmeal etc], flour, egg [beaten], salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the patties on both sides, about 8 minutes.
