Recipe Ingredients for salmon patties

15 oz salmon
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1 egg white
1 T flour
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder

Recipe Directions for salmon patties

  2. 1. In a medium bowl, break the salmon into small pieces with a fork. Remove the bones and skin.

  3. 2. Add the onion, bell pepper, parsley, egg, flour and seasonning. Form the mixture patties.

  4. 3. Heat the oil in a medium skillet and cook the patties over medium heat.

  5. 4. Brown for 3 minutes on each side and serve.

  6. Serve with rice and biscuits
