Fried cracker crusted salmon patties

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

6.8 serving Honey Boy Pink Salmon
15 crackers Crackers
3 tsp Onion Powder
2 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Combine ingredients minus oil and crackers.

  2. Crust crackers to look like bread crumbs.

  3. Make 8 patties and coat both sides in cracker crumbs.

  4. Add 1/8" of oil to pan and heat to medium. Then add patties 2-3 at a time.

  5. Flip when golden/dark brown then remove and place on napkins when done.

  6. Serves 4
