Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon, Pink
2 large Egg, Whole
0.67 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 tbsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Onions

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Drain and clean salmon.

  2. Mix salmon with bread crumbs and beaten eggs (add seasoning as desired).

  3. Form into six patties.

  4. Brown in olive oil on both sides on medium heat.
