A different twist to the regular burger.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

1 cup Bread Crumbs Plain
0.5 cup Bisquick Original
3 tsp Classic Yellow
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tsp Minced Onion
2 large Egg, Whole
16 oz Salmon, Coho, Wild
2 tbsp Butter
8 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
8 tbsp Creamy Caesar Dressing

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except butter, bread, and dressing. Shape mixture into 4 patties, using heaping 1/2 cupfuls for each patty.

  2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook patties in butter over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning once, until brown and cooked through.

  3. Fill sandwich slices with salmon patties and dressing.
