Light salmon patties or firm loaf

Recipe Ingredients for salmon patties (or loaf)

1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1 lb canned salmon, flaked
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp sage
2 tbs chopped onion
1 tbs chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for salmon patties (or loaf)

Combine ingredients in order given. Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan and bake at 350F 30-40 minutes OR drop into Pam spray skillet, making 4 large patties. Cover and slowly cook until firm and browned, turn and cook until browned. Serve with lemon wedges.
