Salmon patties... or as my son calls them... fish cookies!

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties (or Fish Cookies!)

10 oz BUMBLE BEE Skinless and Boneless Pink Salmon
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.5 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties (or Fish Cookies!)

drain water from salmon. mince/dice onion. Mix in mixing bowl. Add dill. Add 1/4 cup cornmeal (and flour if you wish just make it a 50/50 ratio).Add cornmeal a bit at a time until the mixture can be formed into patties and still stay together. Line cookie sheet. Bake at 350-375 for 40 minutes.
