1/3 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread (Healthy Life)
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties with eggbeaters & whole grain bread crumbs.

Make the bread slices into crumbs by whirling in the blender. Mix all remaining ingredients together and add the bread crumbs Make into 5 patties.. Fry in small amount of olive oil and/or with PAM.
