Chunk salmon croquet pan fried in light oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties (Croquets)

1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
6 serving Salmon, pink skinless/bonelss, chunk (Cincken of the Sea)
1.5 serving Original Premium Saltine Crackers
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties (Croquets)

  1. Crush saltines in a bag until fine.

  2. Combine crushed crackers, drained salmon, and seasonings in a medium bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, lightly scramble the egg.

  4. Mix egg into salmon mixture well.

  5. Let set for 5-10 minutes.

  6. Heat oil in a large pan on med heat.

  7. Take a palm-sized amount of mix and flatten in hand.

  8. Fry in oil until golden and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side).

  9. Remove to a paper towel and serve immediately.

  10. Makes about 6 patties
