This is a main course salad that is simple relatively inexpensive to prepare.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and Pasta Salad

14 1/2 oz Canned Salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
12 oz Rotini Pasta, Cooked
2 Green Onions, chopped fine
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Carrots, diced
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Dill Weed
1/2 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Pasta Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil and dill and pepper.

  2. Add the rest of ingredients.

  3. Mix well. Chill before serving.
