Recipe Ingredients for salmon pasta salad

3/4 cup quinoa
4 oz salmon
3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp dill

Recipe Directions for salmon pasta salad

  1. cook pasta, add broccoli or asparagus in last minutes

  2. rinse in cold water

  3. add peppers, salmon, some onion

  4. mix co cheese with lemon juice and zest and mix all together with a little red pepper flake and dill
