Salmon Pasta Salad Recipe

cold pasta salad with lots of vegi's and flavor! You can vary the vegi's and spices to taste. Add tuna, chicken or shrimp instead of salmon.

Recipe Ingredients for salmon pasta salad

16 oz rotini Pasta
3 stalks Celery
1/2 med. Onion
1/2 med Zucchini
1 roma Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
6 Mushrooms
1/3 cup Cabbage
14 oz canned salmon
1 cup Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbls Horseradish
3 T mayo
1 tsp Lime juice
1 T Olive oil
2 tbls Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1/2 tsp Fennel
1/2 tsp Dill
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp dry Basil
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for salmon pasta salad

  1. cook pasta, drain

  2. rinse with cold water

  3. chop and add vegetables

  4. drain and add salmon

  5. add rest of ingredients

  6. add salt and pepper to taste

  7. mix and refridgerate

  8. best the next day or 2
