Recipe Ingredients for Salmon pasta

1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
24 oz of diced tomatoes with juice
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Salmon pasta

saute garlic in oil over low heat. When tender, add tomatoes and saute over med heat until bubbling. Add wine and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta, return to low heat for a few minutes until pasta absorbs some of the sauce. Toss with fresh basil.
