Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and Oyster Cream Sauce

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 ounce mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, diced
8 ounce oysters
14 3/4 ounce red salmon
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon bay leaf, crushed
1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorn, crushed
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh Dill, chopped
1 cup half and half
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons sour cream

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Oyster Cream Sauce

  1. Heat oil over medium high heat

  2. Add onions and cook until tender

  3. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until tender

  4. Add all dry seasonings, cook for 1 minute

  5. Add salmon and oysters, cook until heated through

  6. Add butter, sour cream and half and half

  7. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes

  8. Serve over pasta or rice
