Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Orzo Medley

4 oz Orzo Dry
11 oz Sockeye Salmon, Wild
0.25 cup Olive Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup Broccolini -- Baby Broccoli
6 oz Mushrooms Crimini
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 tbsp Basil, Fresh
0.5 medium raw Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Salmon Orzo Medley

  1. Cook Orzo, drain rinse.

  2. Saute above vegetables (leave broccolini hole and serve on the side)remove from pan.

  3. Sear salmon and break up

  4. Return vegetable mixture to pan add basil.

  5. Serve vegetables over orzo and the broc. on the side.
