Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Mini Loaves

1 egg
2 T skim milk
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 slices whole wheat bread
14 3/4 oz salmon, canned

Recipe Directions for Salmon Mini Loaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Blend egg, milk, dried onion, dill weed and lemon pepper

  3. Blend in bread crumbs, then salmon.

  4. Shape into 6 mini-loaves.

  5. Spray top with Pam

  6. Bake 25 minutes
