Recipe Ingredients for salmon loaf

15 oz. canned salmon
1 tbsp. dill
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for salmon loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spran an 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/3 loaf pan

  3. Flake salmon, removing bones and skin

  4. Add all remaining ingrediants and mix well

  5. Press into loaf pan

  6. Bake for 50- 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

  7. Let stand 5 minutes

  8. Loosen edges and lift out of pan onto serving platter
