1 454g can salmon 2 c soft breadcrumbs (fine) 1 tbsp chopped onion 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 c milk 1 slightly beaten egg

1 can Salmon, Pink
4 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared, Toasted
1 extra large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Salmon Loaf

  1. Combine salmon, crumbs, onion, and salt

  2. Mix milk and egg. Add to salmon and mix thoroughly

  3. Shape into greased baking pan

  4. Bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
