Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Loaf

416 g salmon
1 cup oats
1/2 cup skim milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Loaf

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place in to greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
