My grandma's recipe. She canned the salmon my grandpa caught, and used the home canned salmon in this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for salmon loaf

1 large Egg, Whole
5.333 oz Evaporated Milk Homogenized Vitamin D Added
1 can Salmon, Sockeye
2 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
1 fruit without seeds(108 g) Lemons
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.125 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for salmon loaf

Grate one teaspoon of lemon rind, and juice 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Drain the salmon. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 50 monutes in a bread loaf pan.
