3 slices whole wheat bread
6 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Loaf Muffins

  1. Mix canned salmon (drained) with bread crumbs, eggs, margarine, and spices.

  2. Bake in muffin tins at 325 F for 15 minutes.
