Recipe Ingredients for Salmon, lettuce burrito

2 salmon patties
1 T ranch dressing, light
1 tomato
3/4 cup sliced cucumbers
2 cups of romaine lettuce
1 t mustard
4 slices of onions
8 slices pickles, vaslic ovals
4 oz portabello mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Salmon, lettuce burrito

  1. grill salmon patties

  2. sauté onion in a pan, adding 2 portabello mushrooms

  3. put mushrooms on the patties and grill of a few more minutes

  4. make a bed of lettuce, add tomatoes, mustard, pickles

  5. cut patties in half, lay on lettuce and stuff and cover with onions

  6. roll it up and eat it
