Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with lemon pesto crust

2 Atlantic Salmon Skinless Boneless Fillets
20 g breadcrumbs
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp of pesto
1 lemon wedges, to serve
200 g broccoli, steamed
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Salmon with lemon pesto crust

Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Press the breadcrumb mix all over the top of the salmon fillets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is turning golden and the salmon is just cooked. Serve with the tenderstem broccoli and lemon wedges.
