Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with Guava Sauce

1.12 lb salmon
2 c. white wine
1 guava
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Guava Sauce

  1. Cut peel away from guava flesh and cut out the seeds.

  2. Dice guava & add guava, sugar, and most of wine to blender and blend on high to liquefy.

  3. Add liquid to saucepan and heat it on low-medium heat.

  4. Put 2 fillets of salmon in a pyrex baking dish and pour in the rest of the wine in.

  5. Bake salmon at 350 degrees until flaky and tender.

  6. When guava sauce is sufficiently reduced, serve salmon and ladle sauce over it.
