Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with Greek Yogurt

1/2 fillet Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
1 tsp Whole Grain Dijon Prepared Mustard
0.6 oz Bread Crumbs
3 oz Nonfat
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Greek Yogurt

Mix mustard and yogurt together. Place fillet on aluminum foil covered tray. Spread a layer of mustard/yogurt mix on fillet. Sprinkle bread crumbs, salt, pepper and butter on top of fillets. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
