Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Frittata or Scramble

1 tsp olive oil
1 egg
2 oz Salmon, Sockeye - Cooked, Dry Heat
1 tbsp Sauce, LA VICTORIA, LA VICTORIA Thick 'n' Chunky Salsa, Medium
1 tbsp chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Salmon Frittata or Scramble

  1. heat olive oil in cast iron pan

  2. saute chopped onion until golden

  3. add flaked leftover cooked salmon until warmed through

  4. add one beaten egg

  5. leave as is, or scramble until set

  6. serve with salsa
