Salmon Fried Rice Recipe

Makes 5 servings



Good flavor, can put more or less soy sauce based on preferance. This is good to make extra of because it taste just as good the next day!

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Fried Rice

1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup of peas
6 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
12 oz of salmon
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Salmon Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice and salmon (I did both in a rice cooker)

  2. Combine oil and rice in pan on high, fry for a minute.

  3. Add soy sauce, continue to fry.

  4. Add in eggs from shell and mix in pan, cook completly.

  5. Add in salmon and peas.

  6. Fry until everything is warm.

  7. Eat warm! =D
