1 pound salmon, cut into 4 fillets
4 tablespoons thyme, fresh, chopped
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Fresh Thyme

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Mix thyme, salt, and pepper. Lightly coat a shallow dish with olive oil.

  3. Place salmon skin-side down and rub with a light layer of oil and dash of salt and pepper.
