Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and Flax Patties

14.75 oz Salmon, Pink
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 tbsp Brown FlaxSeed Meal

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Flax Patties

Mix salmon, eggs, and flax meal well. Heat cast iron skillet and add 1 T of oil. Form patties 4" in diameter. Brown over medium heat for 10 minutes, watching carefully. Turn, cook 10 minutes longer. Add 2nd T of oil to cook next batch. Serve with brown mustard or other sauce of your choice.
