Everyday Italian salmon fish sticks (healthy).

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Fish Sticks

18 ounces salmon
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 egg whites
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for Salmon Fish Sticks

  1. Preheat oven 450.

  2. Cut fish into fillets about 4 by 4.5 inches

  3. Dredge salmon pieces in seasoned flour.

  4. Coat fillets in whisked egg whites.

  5. Gently press parmesan bread crumb mixture onto fillets.

  6. Place fillets on oiled baking pan.

  7. Drizzle with OO and bake 15 to 20 minutes.

  8. Combine mayo yogurt mustard and parsley in a bowl for dipping.
