Uses 6 salmon fillets. Can also use 1/3 cup bourbon whiskey. Can use fresh lemons as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon fillets

30 ounces salmon fillets
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp white wine
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp green onions
1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon fillets

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Line pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray

  3. Mix ingredients together and place fillets in a plastic bag and refrigerate

  4. Sprinkle onions, oregano, garlic cloves, parsley, black pepper, salt, lemon pepper

  5. Bake 10-15 mins
