Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Fillets, Baked

12 oz salmon fillets
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp Promise light spread
2 tsp dill
1 tsp black pepper, coarse ground

Recipe Directions for Salmon Fillets, Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cut salmon fillets into 3 oz pieces. Arrange in a baking dish, skin side down.

  3. Top each salmon fillet with lime juice, Promise, dill, and pepper.

  4. Bake fillets for 20 minutes, or until light pink and flaky.

  5. Allow a minute to cool, then serve.
