Recipe Ingredients for Salmon eggs with vegies

1 egg
1/2 cup semi-skimmed milk
8 spear,+medium+5-1/4"+to+7"+long asparagus
2 mushrooms
1 clove garlic
50 g salmon

Recipe Directions for Salmon eggs with vegies

  1. 1. whisk the egg and milk in a bowl

  2. 2. weigh the salmon

  3. 3. in a deep frying pan heat enough water to cover the bottom

  4. 4. when it boils add the asparagus, mushrooms and garlic - or any other vegies you want

  5. 5. once cooked to desired softness place on a plate and empty any remaining water in the sink.

  6. 6. pour in the egg mix

  7. 7. stir continuously, once almost scrambled add the salmon whole or chopped until slightly pale pink and eggs are fully scrambled.

  8. spice with pepper, salt and paprika
