Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with Dilled Butter

1 1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 6 fillets
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Dilled Butter

  1. Combine butter and dill in bowl. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Brush top of each fillet with butter mixture.

  2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with olive oil. Place fillets in baking dish and bake for 12-20 minutes or until salmon achieves desired doneness at the thickest part. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
