Salmon Cups Recipe

Kind of like meatloaf, but with canned pink salmon. Use a muffin pan to bake and keep easy track of servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cups

14 oz Salmon Pink Canned
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp ketchup
1 egg
1/2 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hands, or spatula.

  3. Scoop ingredients into nine of the twelve cups of a muffin pan so that each salmon cup is approximately 100 calories and flatten with spatula to fill crevices.

  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crispy on outside.
