Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Croquettes

15 ounce salmon,drained
1 egg
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup green onions,chopped
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water,(NOTE: Use Salmon juice here)
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Salmon Croquettes

  1. Spray skillet with PAM or other cooing spray

  2. Mix salmon with egg; stir in the sifted flour.

  3. Add pepper, onions, and Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Mix baking powder into salmon juice and beat till foamy

  5. Pour into salmon mixture and mix with fork

  6. Heat pan to medium heat

  7. Drop by small spoonfuls into pan and cook until brown.
