Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Croquets

3 oz Salmon, Pink
1 large Egg, Whole
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)(167 g) Potatoes, Boiled
1/4 cup(30 g) White Corn Meal, Plain
1/4 cup(30 g) White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Salmon Croquets

Boil potato and onion; then mash in bowl with salmon and egg. Combine season salt, pepper, flour, and corn meal. Make balls with the potato and salmon mixture; then roll in flour mixture. Flatten out balls to make patties and place on a cookie sheet. Cook at 425 for 25 minutes, flipping croquets about halfway through cook time.
