Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Croquet Cakes

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 3/4 cup pink salmon
1 cup egg whites
3 oz onions
5 oz tuna

Recipe Directions for Salmon Croquet Cakes

  1. Preheat oven @ 350

  2. drain salmon and tuna in strainer

  3. mash up

  4. add oatmeal and onions

  5. add seasoning (little tyme, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder)

  6. spray pan with olive oil cooking spray

  7. make small round cakes

  8. bake for about 45 minutes
