This soup is a broth based soup with curry flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and Crab Chowder

1 cup Onions
8 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 cup Sugar Snap Peas
4 cup Baby Bok Choy
2 Bouillon Cubes
3 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 fillet Salmon, Coho, Wild
1 cup Imitation Crab Meat

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Crab Chowder

  1. Cook the onions in 2 cups of water with the bouillon cubes.

  2. Add chopped cauliflower, baby bok choy and cubed potato and fill cooking pot to almost the top with water.

  3. Cook until veggies are softened.

  4. Add curry powder and parsley flakes.

  5. At this point you may puree in batches if you want a smoother soup. I don't puree because I like chunks.

  6. Add salmon and crab. Fill the pot until almost full with water (24 cups for my pot).

  7. Cook until fish is done. Break fish up into bits with a fork.

  8. Add snap peas cooking until they are at your desired crunch.

  9. Makes 24, one cup servings
