Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Cowell

1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/8 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbsp grated gingerroot
1 tsp orange zest
1 pinch red pepper flakes
0.9 kg salmon

Recipe Directions for Salmon Cowell

  1. Whisk double the ingredients in a small bowl. Place in large ziplock bag with salmon fillets. I only logged half the recipe because it's a marinade. You dump most of it.

  2. Marinate for at least a half hour.

  3. Broil on greased cookie sheet on top rack in the oven four minutes or so per side.
