Recipe Ingredients for Salmon w/ Couscous and Onions

20 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Salmon w/ Couscous and Onions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan

  2. Cover bottom of pan with thickly sliced onions

  3. Lay salmon over onions, sprinkle lightly with oregano

  4. Cook until done (15-20min)

  5. While salmon is cooking , make couscous
