Salmon, collard greens, pineapple

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with collard greens

13 oz. salmon,
8 oz. collard greens
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coconut oil
2 slices rye bread
2 slices fresh pineapple
1 oz dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Salmon with collard greens

  1. Clean and slice collard greens into 1/2 " ribbons. Steam 5 minutes in a steamer. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon and a dash of salt.

  2. Preheat broiler for 10 min. with a metal pan or skillet in it. Rub salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add salmon to the pan and cook without turning for 6-7 min. Take out of the oven and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Serve with homemade rye bread.

  4. Dessert: pineapple and dark chocolate
