Recipe Ingredients for Salmon chowder

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 medium raw Sweet Potato
1.5 cup, diced Celery
3 medium raw Carrots
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk Broccoli, Stalks
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 serving Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth
6 oz raw Seafood Mix
8 fl oz Milk

Recipe Directions for Salmon chowder

Saute chopped veggies except corn in olive oil til onion is soft. Add broth and bring to boil. Simmer til vegetables are cooked. Blend til smooth and add back to pan. Add fish and corn and simmer until fish is cooked. Stir in milk and salt and pepper to taste.
