3 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
3/4 medium White Onion
0.13 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
16 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
12 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
1 cup Peas, Green
8 fl oz Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
0.5 pkg Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Reduced Fat - Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for salmon chowder

Cook veggies with butter. Stir in flour. stir in broth and add potatoes. Simmer for 15 to 18 minutes. add salmon and peas, cook for 2 minutes. add 1/2 and 1/2 and cheese. cook until melter. Salt and pepper to taste.
