Fish soup. Serve with hard bread and leafy green vegetables. Spinach works, but kale is better. Recipie available on allrecipies.com, but I wanted to see the nutritional value on CC.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Chowder

6 serving Bear
3 tbsp Butter
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 cup diced Potato, Flesh And Skin
2 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth
12 oz Evaporated Milk Homogenized Vitamin D Added
15 oz Creamed Corn Golden Sweet
8 oz Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Salmon Chowder

  1. Melt butter in large pot over med. heat.

  2. Saute onion, celery, and garlic powder until onions are tender,

  3. Stir in potatoes, carrots (I don't like cooked carrots, so I skipped em), broth, salt, pepper, and dill.

  4. Bring it to a boil, and reduce heat.

  5. Cover, and simmer 20 minutes.

  6. Stir in salmon, evaporated milk, corn and cheese.

  7. Cook until heated through.
