CC comes up with way higher calories for the things I've used than what is listed on their nutritional information so the amount per serving is much higher. For instance, I used an entire can of chick peas, beef broth and salmon for the soup.

Recipe Ingredients for salmon and chickpea soup

1 1/4 cups chick peas
7 1/2 ounces beef broth
3 7/10 ounces salmon
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for salmon and chickpea soup

  1. mix together the salmon, pepper, salt, chickpeas and garlic

  2. pour broth into a pan and let simmer

  3. add the other ingredients and stir for 5 minutes

  4. eat
