Recipe Ingredients for salmon ceviche

5 1/2 serving Premium Wild Alaska Pink Salmon
1/2 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/4 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
0.13 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for salmon ceviche

  1. empty salmon from can and crush meat and bones with the back of a spoon

  2. add all vegetables and spices and mix together until fairly uniform

  3. can be eaten with salad, on toast, or pretty much anything you do with tuna

  4. if it sounds too sour for your tastes cut down lemon juice to a 1/4 cup
