Salmon casserole with broccoli or asparagus.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Casserole

1 lb. asparagus
1 lb. salmon
2/3 cup white wine
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 can cream of celery soup

Recipe Directions for Salmon Casserole

  1. Place asparagus in bottom of glass dish sprayed with olive oil.

  2. Cut salmon into chunks and set aside.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients well.

  4. Spread half of mixture on top of asparagus.

  5. Place salmon on top of casserole.

  6. Spread remaining soup mixture over the salmon.

  7. Place in 400 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

  8. Serve over white rice.
